Thomas is a farmer and owner of Manna Orgnaic Farm and Store, producing organic vegetables, meat, poultry, also managing 15-acres of native Irish woodland and 4-acres of permaculture including fruit trees.

He is active with Talamh Beo and Transition Kerry.
