Seán Ronayne, Surveying Ecologist and the creator of IrishWildlifeSounds, has recorded over 160 birds throughout Ireland so far with a goal of recording vocalisations of all of Ireland’s regularly occurring bird species. His work to generate new knowledge on Irish bird vocalisation is important to the understanding of Irish native birds in their natural habitat.
